These Terms apply uniformly to all site visitors, registered club athletes, institutional aquatic centers, and retail customers procuring merchandise directly through our platform.

2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To establish an order or register a customer account with Select Swim, you must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or access the catalog under the supervision of a parent or authorized sports club guardian. When creating an account, you agree to maintain accurate, up-to-date profile information and safeguard your access credentials.

3. Product Information & Technical Specifications

Select Swim strives for absolute precision regarding technical swim fabrics, hydrodynamic ratings, UV resistance ratings, chlorine tolerance grades, and sizing charts. However, exact garment shades may vary slightly based on display calibration and manufacturing production runs.

Training accessories such as kickboards, pull buoys, swim snorkels, and resistance fins must be operated in accordance with manufacturer safety guidelines and standard aquatic pool rules.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Verification

All prices listed across our catalog are expressed in standard retail currency and are subject to real-time inventory updates without prior notice. Select Swim reserves the right to decline, adjust, or cancel orders that display obvious algorithmic pricing discrepancies or typographical errors.

• Order Confirmation: Issuance of an electronic order reference does not signify final order acceptance until payment is cleared.
