Order Processing & Handling Schedules
Standard Processing Times
All swimming apparel, goggles, training equipment, and accessories placed Monday through Friday are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on statutory holidays or weekends are queued for dispatch on the following business morning.
Once your parcel departs our logistics hub, an automated notification containing tracking credentials will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
Oversized Pool Equipment
Large gear including commercial pace clocks, lane lines, starting blocks, and bulk training bags may require specialized freight logistics. These items are inspected, securely strapped, and scheduled via freight carriers.
For bulky or palletized shipments, freight dispatchers will contact you directly via phone prior to final drop-off to coordinate receiving availability.
